Better Late Than Never...
Well I have been meaning to start this blog for over a month but life got in the way as usual! I was waiting to start it until I moved. Well I moved and that went ok except for a few small things.... my laptop does right after I got there! yep died for good I think. so when I went to order a new one they were out of stock and I had to back order it, so no computer for more than 3 weeks! lol.... well, it was kinda nice in a way. I did lose lots of info off the old one. I knew it was gona die so I was able to save some stuff, but I just wasnt able to get it all off, so my son is going to see if it can be fixed and then try and save it all for me. I lost all my email address and all my saved emails. Thank God I told my email provider to save them all on the server, so I m now in the process of digging thru thousands of old emails to find email addresse's I need.
On a good note, I am almost all moved in. As soon as a few more things are installed I'll feel at home. I do have some organizing to do though...lol
I havent been sitting around though! Not having a computer let me get more work done! I have lots of things in progress. I had done a medallion for the NAN trophy contest and It didn't win, so I made a mold and now have them for sale! unpainted they are $15.00 plus $5 shipping US. I will post photos of a painted on in a day or two. If you want to see the original go to the NAN website and look at the contest submissions. The photos I had were on my old computer....
I also will have one of the medallions I did for Fallen Leaves http://www.fallen-leaves.net/index.php for sale. ( I also hope to get a few copies of the new one I did for them soon and I will paint and sell one of them also) The one Im selling is the draft horse head and he is painted as a chestnut pinto. He turned out really nice! he has really pretty light eyelashes and big soft brown eyes. Im also working on a few remakes. one is a boreas remake into a vanner .. you wont reconize him! Im also working on a pony mare and foal. the original pony was a Brianna resin... I have moved her head, neck and legs and the foal I found is the perfect size. I will post photos of them in progress here soon too. I have a bunch more things in the works including some painted pieces and Im working on some new sculpts also. Oh..... I also have a few collaberations with Sommer Prosser comming out soon too. I'll post info and pics as soon as I hear when something is going to be released.
Im just glad Im all moved and its over with! I can get back to work and I do like it here. Its really pretty! My new place is a little smaller than I had thought it would be but its really cute! I post photos of it and the horses soon too. I just really wanted to get this blog started....thats that hard part. Just getting it started....
